Distribution concept Trade Europa
The aim of the project „Trade Europe“ is to develop an European-wide distribution con-cept for storable drive belts manufactured from the Continental ContiTech – ContiTech Antriebssysteme GmbH (ContiTech Power Transmission Group). The question to solve during this project is: where is the need to install or to keep storing location(s) in Europe. In parallel, a stockpiling strategy has to be derived in order to determine the products and its variants which should be stored in corresponding storing loca-tions in Europe. The scope of the project concentrates on all relevant customer deliveries in Europe.
