Projekt:
Reactive Planning and Control to Support Autonomous Objects in Multi-Modal Transportation Processes
The more and more changing conditions in present markets have an extensive impact on logistic processes and require new concepts and methods for transport logistics in multi-modal transportation networks.
The project investigates novel and innovative methods of reactive planning and control to support transportation processes in dynamical changing multi-modal transportation networks. The project focuses on autonomous routing of logistic objects under uncertain knowledge. Methods of reactive planning, which may include proactive components are developed and coupled with appropriate routing algorithms. A system for reactive routing of piece goods with direct orientation on autonomous transport objects using multiple means of transportation.
