Elaboration of a business process analysis for the Port Authority in Bremen and Bremerhaven for the conception of a requirement specification for an IT-System.
For this, the processes traffic management, watergate operations, hazardous
goods and habour security, ISPS-Code (International Ship and Port Security) have been analysed.
